In January of 2008 Larry and Melissa McCauley closed the doors of FirstSouth Realty and joined Allen Tate Realtors. After three years of managing our own real estate firm we believed that a move to Allen Tate would greatly benefit both our buyers and sellers. Prior to FirstSouth Realty Larry worked for Sam Moore and Associates and Melissa worked for 1st State Bank.

We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we're also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
