Personal
Larry is a lifelong Alamance County native having been born and raised in the local area. He attended Elon University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration. He graduated from the Dan Mohr Real Estate School and then went on to become licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He's been around the real estate business his entire life, working with L.B.McCauley & Associates in construction and land development, Sam Moore & Associates as a salesperson, with FirstSouth Realty as broker in charge, and is currently working with Allen Tate Realtors, the leader in the local market. He has recently earned his Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and is e-pro certified..

Melissa is originally from Long Island, NY. She attended Elon University and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She then attended Dan Mohr Real Estate School and went on to become licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in North Carolina. She spent a year in the Banking Industry and then decided to persue real estate full time. She also recently earned her Graduate of Realtors Institue (GRI) designation, and has completed the required coursework for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. She also plans to gain her Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) designation in 2008.She focuses particularly on helping buyers find the perfect home but is always happy to work with sellers too.
